Cardinal Realty of Idaho is now in its seventh year of operation, and we are grateful to all of the clients and agents who have contributed to our success. We started as a small two agent brokerage with the belief that what agents and clients wanted most, was a way to buy and sell real estate without the high cost. We believe Cardinal Realty has accomplished that by giving our agents a low fee structure which allows more flexibility, when negotiating commissions with their clients.
Our broker is Robert Combs, who was born in Iowa, and moved to Idaho in the late 1970’s. He first became an agent in 2009, and has been a broker for the last 10 years. Prior to being licensed, he was a private real estate investor, and before that had a career in radio, starting out as a radio announcer, and eventually building and operating his own station. Robert has a degree in Economics from Colorado College.
