Here is our Fee Schedule:

  • No monthly Desk Fees
  • Commissions paid by Direct Deposit
  • Transaction Fee — $400 per Closed Sale (not ‘per side’)
  • Forms Preparation Pkg — $350 (optional)
  • Referral Fee — $250 admin charge

That’s it—No other fees! As a Cardinal Agent, you keep 100% of the commission, and your transaction fee is only $400 per closed sale with no splits or franchise percentage! Also, if you work part-time, you can still afford to keep your license active–even if you only do 1 or 2 deals a year.
